I transitioned to working from home full time this fall. Is working from home your dream? I've heard so many women talk about how they wish they could work from home full-time, especially the mommas with kiddos at home.
If you find yourself transitioning to work from home full-time (or maybe that is your goal), here are my top 5 essential oil recommendations for productivity.
~ Vetiver has a smoky aroma that is wonderful for focus. Diffuse while you work, research or study at home! One thing to keep in mind is that Vetiver is super thick. This particular essential oil needs to be warmed up to get the oil to come out of the dropper. I typically take the dropper top off completely to add the essential oil to the diffuser (I don't like to wait).
~ Apply 1 or 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to your wrists with Lemon Essential Oil to help you wake up before you start your work day
~ Keep a bottle of Peppermint Essential Oil near your computer in the afternoons when you need a "pick me up." Add 1 or 2 drops into your hands and breathe in deeply. Be sure to take breaks through out your work from home day (take a walk, stretch, turn off your phone).
~ Diffuse 5 to 10 drops while you work!
