DIY Nasal Spray with Oils + Mamahood
Does your nose get dry in the summer heat?
My friend Clementine lives in Arizona where the summer heat is ridiculously hot and dry. Living in the Arizona heat, Clementine was inspired to make a DIY Nasal Spray to help with the dry nose irritation that comes with the high temps.
Here's what you need:
-Nasal Spray Top
Step 1: Add 3 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil and 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil.
Both of these essential oils are fantastic for supporting any kind of skin irritation and dryness so they are wonderful additions to your "natural first aid kit."
Step 2: Add a pinch of non-iodized salt.
This helps the essential oil and water mix well in the DIY spray.
Step 3: Top off with distilled water!
Let me know if you try this spray and tell me how it goes!
Be sure to follow Clementine on Instagram and thank her for the wonderful recipe!!
