𝗪𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?
Let me share with you my story.
𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 I started using Young Living Essential Oils (previously I was using a cheap brand I found off Amazon). I began a 2+ year journey of switching out products in our house that were filled with harsh, toxic chemicals (on a budget).
The Environmental Working Group has a great article that explains the Dirty Dozen Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals that are commonly found in our clothing, water and food sources. Read it here and find helpful tips to avoid your exposure to those chemicals.
I started researching how to 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 (when I was 14 my doctor told me I would have a very difficult time ever getting pregnant, my prolactin levels were off the charts and I had a period for an entire month). Heathline has a very helpful article with 12 tips for naturally balancing hormones that you can read here.
I started using 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬, a Young Living product that contains wild yam extract that naturally supports hormones.
𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 I went to a naturopathic doctor for the first time. I changed my diet and added tons of supplements to my routine.
𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗, I became pregnant with our Ella Joy.
>>> I’m not a doctor and I always recommend checking with your doctor before you try or add new products to your routine, but this is my story.
***And we have a community of 200+ women who are pursuing natural health options for their family with me. Join the Joyful World Essentials Tribe by letting Young Living know I referred you. 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 is why I share about essential oil uses, nontoxic DIY recipes + checking out the ingredient list on the products sitting at the store. You deserve to have as many resources possible to take care of your health and home.
