Trust me, I l-o-v-e coffee. I used to drink 3+ cups of coffee a day. When I began my first trimester of pregnancy one of the first signs of pregnancy was that I thought my delicious coffee tasted like dirt water and I didn't crave it anymore. During my second trimester I added coffee back into my routine, but definitely not as much as I used to before pregnancy. I also go days at a time without coffee now, especially since I've incorporated my Momma Mocktail into my regular routine.
Here’s what’s in it:
•2 Oz Ningxia Red
•1 can La Croix
•2 drops Red Shot EO blend
The Red Shot Essential Oil blend is specifically designed to pair well with Ningxia Red. Young Living formulated this blend to include Tangerine, Mandarin, Lime, Grapefruit, Cassia and Spearmint. The flavors are super tangy and delicious mixed with the tart Ningxia Red.
Sooooo what’s Ningxia????
•Woolfberries (aka Gogi berries)
1 Oz of Ningxia has the antioxidant count similar to:
•4 pounds of carrots
•2 pounds beets
•2 cups of blueberries
•3 cups of raspberries
Ningxia also has vitamins B1, B2, B6 and E.
So basically it’s really really good for you and is super yummy!
Here are a few other ways to dress up your Momma Mocktail:
1. Add your favorite brand of kombucha.
2. Add other essential oils like Lime Vitality, Orange Vitality, Peppermint, Citrus Fresh, etc.
3. Add organic ginger beer.
