Pumpkin Pie

Who doesn't love Pumpkin Pie?

I turn into a baking fairy when the weather turns cold so I've determined to share my success and failures on the blog.

What makes these recipes unique? I included essential oils!

I adapted this Pumpkin Pie recipe I found on Pinterest. Find the original recipe here.


  • 2/3 cup stevia

  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of evaporated milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 drops of cinnamon bark vitality

  • 2 drop of ginger vitality

  • 1 drop of clove vitality


  1. Set the oven to 425 F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients listed.

  3. Pour filling into pie crust. I used a store bought crust from HyVee.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 350 F.

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

  7. Let the pie cool before serving.
