The Best Keto Pizza Recipe
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐈𝐙𝐙𝐀 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄
I’m learning SO much about how food is medicine + impacts my overall health. As a 7 week 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘮, 𝘯𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 momma, I’m hungry all the dang time. So having recipes like this is a life saver and also guilt free 🙌
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝:
•pizza toppings of choice
•pizza sauce of choice
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: Microwave 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: Add 1 egg and 3/4 almond flour. Roll out the crust on a stone with parchment paper on top.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: Set the oven to 425 degrees. Cook the crust for 10 minutes.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: Add pizza sauce & toppings. (sometimes I get super fancy + made a homemade sauce with 1-2 drops of Oregano Essential Oil).
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟓: Bake for 10 more minutes and ENJOY!!!
