Iโ€™m learning SO much about how food is medicine + impacts my overall health. As a 7 week ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ, ๐˜ฏ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ momma, Iโ€™m hungry all the dang time. So having recipes like this is a life saver and also guilt free ๐Ÿ™Œ โฃ

๐‡๐ž๐ซ๐žโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐: โฃ

โ€ขparchment paper โฃ

โ€ขalmond flour โฃ


โ€ขmozzarella cheese โฃ

โ€ขcream cheese โฃ

โ€ขpizza toppings of choiceโฃ

โ€ขpizza sauce of choice โฃ


๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: Microwave 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese โฃ


๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: Add 1 egg and 3/4 almond flour. Roll out the crust on a stone with parchment paper on top. โฃ


๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ‘: Set the oven to 425 degrees. Cook the crust for 10 minutes. โฃ


๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ’: Add pizza sauce & toppings. (sometimes I get super fancy + made a homemade sauce with 1-2 drops of Oregano Essential Oil). โฃ


๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ“: Bake for 10 more minutes and ENJOY!!! โฃ
